a mixture made of local clays and volcanic sand, which when cooked at very high temperatures gives the product hardness, resistance to wear and temperature changes, and high thermal comfort.
Handmade Cotto
Material formed following the centuries-old artisanal system, strictly manual. The mixture is shaped into special molds and skilfully beaten by hand to give consistency and homogeneity to the tiles.
